Growing up on the coast of Mississippi, I have always had an appreciation for marine life. I studied marine biology for a semester, but I knew my love for all things marine related was more of a pasion, and not one I wanted to pursue academically at the time. I may one day pursue this passion academically, but for now I am content simply occupying online spaces dedicated to loving and observing the marine world.
I hope that through my passion of marine biology and my career focus in children's libraries, that I can help children discover the joy of having passionate interests.
